Coaching sessions with Alex bring a lot of great tips and insides hot to create a great blog. There are lot of students with very good blogs.
I have made a few notes Alex and other students make when commenting blogs. The following list of blog features will be my plan how to change my blog.
However, I do not want to spend a lot of time just polishing the blog design. I have to keep in mind that the main goal is to build a list, thus drive traffic to my blog.
So here is the list, in no particular order:

- Plug-in to shorten blog posts and automatically add “Read more …” links
- blogroll of Alex’s students
- Add sitemap generator (ddsitemapgen) on “Articles” page
- Add Subscribe2 – a newsletter plug-in. It allows creating newsletters and managing subscribers within WordPress Dashboard.
- no Google Ads – not worth it
- Personalized logo and graphics – simple is OK
- nice clean, Web 2.0 theme – maybe 3 columns, see other students’ themes:
